As an HR Advisor, you will be a vital part of a team supporting approximately 1,850 colleagues across our Leicester, Head Office and also our Northern sites (Elmsall & Doncaster). You’ll work closely with Tech leaders, providing the clear, commercial advice they need to help their teams thrive.

The role is offered on an initial 9 month fixed term contract with the possibility of going permanent.

What You’ll Take On

  • Empower Management: Coach and upskill managers to become self-sufficient, providing guidance on everything from performance to effective collaboration.
  • Drive People Plans: Support the HRBP in developing and implementing effective strategies that reflect our unique culture.
  • Manage Employee Relations: Provide expert advice on employment legislation, ensuring we always do the right thing and keep our communications transparent.
  • Support Talent Growth: Help lead our bi-annual talent management process, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to evolve and succeed.
  • Innovative Projects: Contribute to HR COEs on project-based work, finding new ways to improve our processes and the employee experience.
