We are looking for an eCommerce Trading Manager to look after the projects and business transformation within the product content team. This is a 12 month FTC within the eCommerce UK Trading team (maternity cover) and based onsite from NEXT Head Office in Enderby, Leicestershire!
The Role:
As the eCommerce Trading Manager, you will act as a Project Manager and will be the driving force behind our product content projects and transformation, using AI and automation to revolutionise our global onboarding processes.
You’ll step into a key role within the NEXT eCommerce Department, taking the charge on improving processes and driving efficiencies to hit KPIs. By spearheading the NEOS development roadmap and collaborating with Trade and Development teams, you will turn bold ideas into scalable realities. Your mission is to bridge the gap between technical innovation and commercial success, perfecting the customer journey to directly amplify sales and funnel performance.
What You’ll Take On:
- Drive process efficiencies via AI and automation tools improving the time to live and content quality
- Work really closely with the product onboarding teams to identify areas for improvement
- Be the key stakeholder in projects relating to improving systems in the world of product content
- Responsible for developing and maintaining QA dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics, communicating to wider stakeholders issues such as SLA impacts and greenwashing claims.

- Experience in collaborating with cross functional teams and managing relationships with third-party platforms and vendors.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
