What You’ll Take On:

  • Content & Copy Optimisation: Audit and enhance product Titles, Copy, and Tone of Voice (ToV) to ensure brand alignment and SEO best practices across diverse client sites.
  • Technical Attribution: Lead the investigation and resolution of attribution queries to ensure products are correctly categorized, filtered, and easily discoverable for customers.
  • Offshore Management: Assign daily workloads to the Pune-based team, monitoring performance against KPIs and providing training to ensure the highest quality standards.
  • AI Integration & Innovation: Actively identify and implement opportunities to integrate AI into current processes, driving efficiency in copy generation and data mapping.
  • Workflow Automation: Support the team's evolution by identifying manual bottlenecks and implementing automated solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for Total Platform trade teams, resolving issues professionally and ensuring items are live within agreed SLAs.
  • Reporting: Develop production reports and lead the scheduling of workloads to meet client launch deadlines.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with interrogating systems and managing large datasets; highly proficient in Google Sheets.
  • Leadership: Experience (or strong potential) in managing offshore teams, setting clear priorities, and maintaining quality under tight deadlines.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate technical or attribution-related issues clearly to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Proactive Problem Solver: A multi-tasker who can investigate issues self-sufficiently and propose modern, scalable solutions.

Nice to Have:

  • Technical Literacy: Knowledge of Python or similar scripting languages for data manipulation.
  • Automation Experience: Familiarity with automation processes or tools that streamline digital workflows.
  • AI Curiosity: A genuine interest in how Generative AI can be applied to e-commerce production and content optimisation.
