- Utilise Seasons.co.uk as an innovation testbed to amplify the luxury experience before scaling successful initiatives to NEXT.
Data Analysis & Performance Reporting
- Monitor user behavior, analytics and sales funnel performance to deliver weekly updates and reactive in week trading insights.
- Lead a Test & Learn strategy to optimise Add to Bag (ATB) rates, boost conversions, and lower return rates.
Product Attribution & Governance
- Serve as the primary owner of style guides, allowables, and customer-facing attribution to maintain high standards and improve discovery.
- Educate and inform Third Party (TP) clients on all new and updated attribution rules.
Brand Relations & Marketing Integration
- Maintain relationships and manage trade terms with key brands (e.g., adidas, Converse), while providing data backed insights for new brand onboarding negotiations.
- Act as the primary eCommerce contact for internal Premium & Seasons product teams.
- Partner with Marketing on brand tiering, imagery recommendations and multi department coordination for major promotional moments.
Innovation, AI & Automation
- Identify and drive AI and automation solutions to streamline admin tasks, free up team capacity, and improve PDP/PLP accuracy.
- Conduct regular market and competitor reviews to identify emerging trends and assist in scoping technical requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Team Leadership
- Partner with Data, Development, UX, SEO, Content, and external partners (Bloomreach, Google) to execute commercial tech upgrades.
- Directly line-manage a team, deputise for the Brands Business Owner, and share expertise across the wider trade team.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience working as a Trading Manager / Senior Trading Manager, within eCommerce or Retail.
- Strong understanding of analytics, user behaviour and eCommerce trends
- Experience in collaborating with cross functional teams and managing relationships with third-party platforms and vendors.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and implement data driven strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and a commitment to continuous improvement.
