Join our fast-paced, forward-thinking Digital Design team and create standout creative content that will be seen by millions of customers across the UK and internationally. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering engaging digital advertising across our paid media channels, including social, TV, display and Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH). Working collaboratively within a talented team of eight designers, you will partner closely with our Brand, Marketing, Planning and Performance teams to deliver high-quality campaign assets that drive commercial results and elevate our brand presence.

What You’ll Take On:

  • Design, animate and edit high-quality static, motion graphics and video advertising creative across key social, display, TV and onsite digital marketing channels.
  • Produce engaging assets tailored platform formats including Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat and onsite advertising.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand, Marketing, Social, Planning and Performance teams to develop fresh creative concepts and campaign ideas from initial brief to final delivery.
  • Edit, adapt and optimise campaign creative for various formats, target audiences and digital placement specifications.
  • Apply and uphold brand guidelines across both NEXT campaigns and our partner lifestyle and fashion brands.
  • Prepare, test and package final artwork and assets for seamless delivery across multiple digital media streams.
  • Manage multiple design workflows simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all project milestones are delivered successfully to deadline.
  • Keep up to date with emerging creative tools, design trends and platform best practices to continually enhance workflows, processes and overall creative quality.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A strong portfolio that effectively showcases your digital design, animation, video editing or multi-channel campaign work.
  • Technical proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud tools, specifically After Effects and Premiere Pro for motion design, alongside Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Experience using Figma for collaborative layouts, digital designs and asset management.
  • A genuine passion for digital marketing, design trends and emerging creative technologies, with an eagerness to learn new techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a positive attitude and the proactive ability to take feedback on board to develop your craft.
  • Exceptional visual detail with a keen eye for layout, typography, pace and animation.
  • Strong organisational skills and adaptability, allowing you to successfully manage busy moments and balance multiple projects within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
