Shifts: All shifts are full time (36 hours a week)
- Shift 1: Tuesday - Thursday: 11am - 7pm & Friday - Saturday: 10am - 6pm
- Shift 2: Sunday: 7am - 3pm & Monday - Thursday: 11am - 7pm
- Shift 3: Sunday: 8am - 4pm & Monday - Thursday: 11am - 7pm

Training: 3 weeks of paid mandatory training to master our systems and learn how we support our global community
Starting Monday 28th September - 16th October 2026 (Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm)
Coaching: 3 weeks of coaching to transition into your role with dedicated support to help refine your skills
Starting Monday 16th October - 6th November (Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm)
You must be able to commit to the full training period to be considered for the role.
Peak periods: During our peak trading periods you’ll also be required to work an additional 4 hour shifts per week, for up to 20 weeks of the year.

You will be part of our expanding International team, supporting customers from around 130 countries (we've got over 1.5 million of them!), supported by our contact centre teams in Manchester, Poland, and Pune.
You will be the main contact for our customers outside the UK, communicating in English with many nationalities and expertly navigating the complexities of international communication.
You will handle calls, emails, WhatsApp, and live chat.
You will sort out all types of queries: delivery problems, billing questions, product concerns, and payment queries.
You will work closely with international couriers and colleagues to get things sorted quickly.
The goal is to solve the problem the first time they contact us!
