Description

The Role:
Are you a highly organised individual with a passion for visual storytelling? At NEXT we are looking for a Creative Shoot Coordinator to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate across multiple departments, from online and social to visual merchandising (VM) and product teams. You will play a pivotal role in shaping creative concepts, while also working closely with our Senior Photography Coordinators to oversee the vital post-production and image-processing pipeline. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you will be at the heart of our visual output, working on a selection of high-profile Family Campaigns across the business. This is a fixed term role for 12 months

What You Will Take On:

  • Work with Senior Coordinators to prioritise image processing, request assets for reprographic reproduction (repro) in line with production schedules, and track delivery for upcoming launches.
  • Create and maintain seasonal image libraries via our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, alongside managing and logging our HD video library.
  • Utilise relevant software to convert images for cross-departmental use, assist on-set during photoshoots when required, compile product samples via buying teams, and support overseas shoot logistics by creating carnets.
  • Develop engaging moodboards and pitch ideas for key campaigns, collaborating with the Creative Photography Manager to sell in ideas and the Bookings team to secure top talent.
  • Partner with internal departments (including Online, Product, VM, and Social) to select stock, understand asset requirements, and ensure all team needs are met.
  • Edit photography outputs and provide constructive feedback on video assets to ensure the final creative vision is perfectly captured.

What You Will Bring:

  • Strong skills in image editing, digital asset management, and image conversion software, with a solid understanding of the photography and repro graphics process.
  • The ability to communicate effortlessly and accurately with stakeholders at all levels of seniority, building strong working relationships across the business.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving complex workflow issues, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing deadlines.
  • Exceptional time-management skills, with a proven ability to prioritise workloads, manage expectations, and deliver assets on time.
  • A natural team player who is willing to go above and beyond, share knowledge with colleagues, and work collaboratively to balance department workloads.
  • A creative flair for finding imaginative ways to do things differently, looking beyond immediate tasks to support the long-term vision of our brand imagery.
