This role is a dynamic, process-driven position focused on managing the end-to-end critical path for onboarding and maintaining external brands. Working closely with new partners with internal operations, technology, and finance teams to ensure seamless digital launches and accurate data integration. By balancing proactive project management, system administration, and stakeholder relationship-building, you will directly drive operational efficiency and support business growth.

What You’ll Take On

  • New Brand Onboarding
    • Management of the end-to-end critical path for onboarding a new brand. Ensure the brand is set up correctly across all Next systems & processes.
    • Meet key performance targets for onboarding such as Supplier Setup, receiving of first successful product data, and imagery, successful first-time delivery & online launch.
    • Progress chases each step to ensure actions are taken promptly and any blockers are worked through.
    • Load all applicable defaults, alongside Product Operations, Product Technology and Finance so that the brand can trade online in an optimised way.
    • Work with brand and finance to complete the brands Next Supplier Onboarding Application (NSOB) quickly, assisting brands with any sticking points. Ensure that the necessary sign-offs are given.
    • Arrange and lead onboarding calls making sure the process is clear and informative making sure remain the partner of choice for brands.
    • Conduct feedback sessions with brands to assess the overall process.
    • Produce reporting that allows the wider Branded Team to easily see where new brands are up to in the onboarding journey.
  • Brand Maintenance
    • Management of the end-to-end process for any brand changes such as model type changes & addition of Label+ so they are completed across the relevant systems.
    • Responsible for supporting brand queries received through our Brands Support Hub.
    • Ensure that brands are set up to receive all Globalscape reporting ahead of launch (Daily Sales, Weekly Sales, Weekly Stock) via our BIS teams.
    • Management of all changes to Globalscape reporting such as brand access & new supplier code set up.
  • International Inclusions / Exclusion
    • Working with the brands and product teams ensure that product systems availability accurately reflects the countries that are brands available to sell into.
    • Work with ecommerce to ensure that brands are available online to match the loaded inclusion & exclusion criteria.
    • Use available reporting to highlight opportunities to grow sales internationally by improving availability.
  • Documentation
    • Make sure that our onboarding documentation compellingly reflects the Label ways of working.
    • Ensure the next branded external Support Hub remains up-to-date with the latest information.
