  • Sample Management & Logistics: Managing end-to-end sample processes including coordination and sample handover preparation

  • Operational & Critical Path Support: Tracking development and production sample progress, providing supplier liaison, territory support, and meeting support while keeping team documents up to date.

  • Providing administrative support to The Set Design Manager for product documentation and sample management.

  • Supporting product research, design sketches, and tech packs, with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator preferred.

We are looking for a candidate who holds a degree in a related field, preferably within Design. You should have experience in a similar administrative role and possess excellent organisation and time management skills. The ability to communicate clearly and concisely with both internal teams and global suppliers is essential. Approx 30% of time will be spent in London. Candidates must be able to travel between offices.
Strong IT skills are advantageous, specifically proficiency in Excel; knowledge of the Google Suite, Power BI, or Next Sourcing systems would be beneficial.
