Are you passionate about fashion with a creative flair? Join our team as an In-Store Visual Merchandiser and play a key role in bringing the NEXT brand to life in Bluewater Shopping Centre.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering commercial and inspiring layouts and mannequin dressings across all fashion floors, utilising Head Office Guidelines. You’ll be responsible for using these guidelines to maximise sales and ensure our brand identity is consistent and compelling. Your role will continue to help drive NEXT to the forefront of the High Street within the Retail Environment.

What You’ll Take On:

  • Use expert VM knowledge to deliver commercial layouts and standards across Womens, Mens & Childrenswear floors, following Head Office guidelines.
  • Outfit building, dressing & styling to create inspirational mannequin dressings and VM features within the store.
  • Supporting to update mannequin dressings in the store as new stock arrives or items sell out.
  • Discussing priorities & commercial layouts with the In-Store VM Manager and Retail Sales Team where required.
  • Supporting with store processes such as accurately adding/removing lines & range plan management to aid replenishment of stock.
  • Ensuring all relevant marketing materials are displayed in store.
  • Visit Head Office to receive guidance on VM & Mannequin guidelines for implementation in store.
  • Ability to travel to other stores if required.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Fashion trend focused, with a creative background.
  • A strong attention to detail and creative flair.
  • Previous experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the retail sector.
  • Ability to implement Head Office VM Guidelines and react quickly in a fast paced retail environment.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Have personal drive, motivation and resilience.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • An aspirational and creative outlook with the ability to adapt layouts to the NEXT Brand.
  • Physical ability to lift and move stock, marketing and equipment as required.
