About the role
As a Loss Prevention officer here at Victoria’s Secret you’ll play a key part in the team, focussing on protecting people, product and property. Through liaising with the Senior Leadership team in store and your Line Manager you will own the Loss Prevention process in store and help map out its future, with the people and product at the core.
- Open eyes and ears - Responsible for all store security solutions, supporting with internal investigations and handling theft cases with professionalism and discretion.
- Relationship Management - You’ll develop and maintain great relationships with local police, assisting in the implementation of local crime reduction partnerships.
- Tools for the trade - You will use all available security equipment and information to support the store by deterring, detecting and controlling any potential criminal activity through monitoring and identifying theft.
- Train and engage - You will train new and even existing staff members in areas of Loss Prevention disciplines and engage with the Senior Leadership teams in store to keep Company Prevention Standards adhered to.
- Sharing to inform - Keeping store teams and LPO team connected and informed of all Security policies and initiatives.
