About the Role: Working as part of a fast-paced store team, your top priority will be to offer outstanding service and excellent stock operations to our customers. Join the GAP team! As a Sales Associate at GAP you will play a key role in creating a memorable and engaging experience for every customer. You’ll be the face of the brand, connecting with shoppers, sharing product knowledge and supporting store operations across all areas. Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support across sales, fitting rooms and tills
- Drive sales by recommending products and using suggestive sales techniques
- Maintain a clean and organised welcoming store environment
- Follow all store procedures for handling returns, exchanges, and customer concerns
- Support operational processes including restocking, back of house tasks, and store presentation
- Work towards individual and team goals to contribute to overall store success
