Working as part of a fast‑paced store team, your top priority will be to offer outstanding service and excellent stock operations to our customers. About the Role

As a Sales Associate at GAP you will play a key role in creating a memorable and engaging experience for every customer. You’ll be the face of the brand, connecting with shoppers, sharing product knowledge and supporting store operations across all areas. Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support across sales, fitting rooms and tills
  • Drive sales by recommending products and using suggestive sales techniques
  • Maintain a clean and organised welcoming store environment
  • Follow all store procedures for handling returns, exchanges, and customer concerns
  • Support operational processes including restocking, back‑of‑house tasks, and store presentation
