The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

Working Pattern: Typically 5 days a week onsite with core flexible hours between 8am to 6pm.

The Role: We are looking for a trend driven experienced Footwear Designer on Girlswear!

What You’ll Take On:

  • The role involves designing for the whole product category, across two age groups.
  • Research and recognise key trends, translating this into elevated, customer-relevant products.
  • Responding to design briefs.
  • Collaborating closely with various teams and working with our supply base.
  • Work within price point guidelines while maintaining quality and style.
  • Support with project-based collections as well as main range development.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of creativity and design direction.

What You’ll Bring:

  • The ideal candidate must have experience in footwear design, proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator, and strong teamwork skills.
  • Having strong teamwork and people skills is a must as well as experience working with factories and different brands/retailers would be an advantage.
  • Must have experience of working for a similar sized Retailer or Supplier background.
  • Creative and passionate about fashion and new opportunities.
