Join our store teams this Autumn/Winter and help us deliver an incredible experience for our customers. Contracts range from a few days to several months, depending on store needs, making this an ideal opportunity if you're looking for flexible seasonal work.
Life at NEXT is full of energy, with a strong sense of teamwork and plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and develop new skills. Contract details: It is anticipated the fixed term contracts will range from 1 or 2 days up to 24 weeks in duration. The individual store will confirm the exact duration available during the application process.
Please note: Availability for our Autumn Sale weekend (Friday 18th September and Saturday 19th September) and our Winter Sale (Thursday 24th December, Sunday 27th December and Monday 28th December) may be required, depending on your start date, contract duration and store needs.
What You’ll Do
As part of our in-store team, you’ll work on the sales floor, in the stockroom, or across both areas, playing an important role in keeping the store running smoothly during our busy Autumn/Winter season. Every shift makes a difference in this high-energy retail environment, helping us deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.
On the sales floor, you’ll:
- Deliver fast, friendly service and help customers find what they need
- Keep the sales floor well stocked, organised, and easy to shop
- Ensure the shop floor is clean, tidy, and visually appealing
In the stockroom, you’ll:
- Efficiently process deliveries and replenish the sales floor to ensure it remains fully stocked and presentable
- Pick, pack, and transfer stock to meet customer timescales and ensure accurate parcel processing
- Keep the back of house clean, safe and organised
Where needed, you may support both areas.
