The role

As a Warehouse Administrator at our fast-paced Doncaster site, you will play a vital role in keeping our operation running smoothly by overseeing the accurate and timely movement of our stock. Working alongside warehouse management, head office teams, and external suppliers, your detail-focused approach will ensure our inventory is always exactly where it needs to be. • Collaborate closely with the Product Quality & Compliance department, merchandisers, and technologists to handle faulty items and update rework reports.

  • Utilise warehouse systems and web screens daily, including PWMS, Mainframe, and Paragon, to track stock and investigate any load failures.

  • Act as a key point of contact, liaising professionally with internal teams, management, and third-party suppliers to resolve queries efficiently.

What you'll bring

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with people across different departments.

  • Strong digital skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel, including the ability to confidently use formulas and macros to manage data.

  • Great organisational skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving, with the ability to stay calm and focused during busy periods.

  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new systems and processes quickly.
