About the Role
Lead and inspire a team to prioritise outstanding stock processing, stockroom organisation and achievement of performance targets. The role requires a hands‑on approach, continuous improvement of processes and the ability to support the sales floor and store management team when needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation in an efficient, safe and commercial environment.
- Demonstrate a hands‑on approach for all operational activities by working alongside the team, supporting the sales floor and store management team when needed.
- Create an atmosphere where you support, motivate and inspire the team to be at their best.
- Ensure smooth running of stockroom processes by continuously improving, identifying and solving problems – driving the highest stock‑room and stock‑processing standards.
- Strive to ensure beautifully presented stock is available to customers as soon as possible.
