- Manage a team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation in an efficient, safe, and commercially focused environment while meeting performance targets.
- Work alongside the team, supporting sales floors and store management, demonstrating a hands‑on approach to all operational activities.
- Create an environment that motivates, supports, and inspires the team to excel.
- Continuously improve stockroom processes, identifying and solving problems to uphold the highest standards.
- Ensure our stock is presented beautifully and available to customers promptly.
