About The Role: At NEXT, we have an opportunity for a Catering Assistant to join our team at our Head Office in Leicestershire. Working within our onsite coffee shop and restaurant, you will play an important role supporting the business with the provision and service of all food and drink. This role is about more than just service; it is about ensuring every colleague and visitor has an excellent experience. This is a full time position working 36 hours per week Monday - Friday 6.45am-2.30pm.
What You'll Take On:
- Serve food and drink within our coffee shops and restaurant with a friendly and professional approach.
- Merchandise stock for sale, ensuring our displays are elevated and inviting.
- Deliver coffee and buffets for hospitality, ensuring high standards across the site.
- Operate tills and handle cash accurately.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment by recording fridge temperatures and cleaning service areas.
- Collaborate with your team to share ideas and improve how we work.
- Ensure every customer is helped in an efficient and kind manner.
What You'll Bring:
- You hold a Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification.
- You have previous experience in a similar catering or hospitality environment.
