Role overview: As Operations Manager you support the Store Manager, oversee all stock, security and office processes, and lead a high‑performing team to maximise sales and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in leadership and cover the store when needed.
- Create a service‑driven, accurate, safe, commercial environment.
- Ensure compliance with legal, health and safety, and company policies.
- Lead disciplinary and grievance procedures.
