Responsibilities
- Manage a team of stockroom staff to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation in a commercial, operationally efficient, safe environment, ensuring performance targets are achieved.
- Take a hands‑on approach to operational activities, working alongside the team, supporting sales floors and store management when needed.
- Create an atmosphere that motivates, inspires and supports your team’s performance.
- Ensure smooth running of stockroom processes, continuously improving, identifying and solving problems to drive the highest stockroom and stock processing standards.
- Strive to have beautifully presented stock available to customers as soon as possible.
