Based at Head Office in Enderby, Leicestershire.
Working Pattern: 5 days a week onsite, with some flexibility once embedded into the role. Core hours between 8am to 6pm.
Design casual bottoms, including Linen, cord, cotton, washed products, casual and semi smart formal trousers, with a focus on high-quality, trend‑led design.
Respond quickly to briefs, producing fast‑turnaround designs as needed.
Research trends and translate them into elevated, customer‑relevant products.
Work within price point guidelines while maintaining quality and style.
Collaborate with buyers, sourcing teams, and suppliers to deliver on time and to specifications.
Support project‑based collections as well as core line development.
About You:
- Experience & knowledge in Photoshop and Illustrator is essential for this role.
- Strong teamwork and people skills are a must; experience working with factories and different brands/retailers would be an advantage.
- Must have experience working for a similar sized retailer or supplier background.
- Must have woven design experience.
- Creative and passionate about fashion and new opportunities.
- Eye for fabrics and graphics.
