Working Pattern: Typical 5 days in the office, with core hours flexible between 8am-6pm.

The Role: With our online business constantly growing, our Assistant Buyers support creating attractive and profitable product ranges across the business. They work closely with Designers, Merchandisers and Technologists to create stylish new collections for every season. You’ll join the Buying team within Menswear, offering key support for buying, developing and reviewing seasonal ranges. Your responsibilities include helping Buyers formulate proposals for range restructure, considering market opportunities, new trends, sales data, price architecture and brand DNA. You will communicate design briefs, manage meetings, maintain progress systems, meet deadlines, build relationships with external suppliers, and support trainee development. All work is performed at our Leicestershire Head Office in a fast‑paced, encouraging environment.
