About the Role

The Stock Manager supports the growth of our online business and ensures our customers get the very best online experience and customer service we can offer. You will support and encourage your team to meet performance targets, ensuring returned items are refunded quickly and stock is packaged and ready to fulfil existing online orders.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Store management team across the back‑of‑house areas and communicate effectively with the Store Manager.
  • Manage a team to deliver accurate stock processes in an environment that is operationally efficient, safe and meets targets.
  • Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating and inspiring your team to be at their best is at the core of everything you do.
  • Demonstrate a hands‑on approach to all commercial and operational activities, adapt to change and work alongside the team.
  • Ensure communication is up‑to‑date and accurate at all times to meet business needs.

In accordance with Home Office guidance successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment. This role is not one we would typically consider for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to, for example, the relevant Home Office requirements on skill level not being met. Candidates are therefore encouraged to consider their own right to work options without Next sponsorship.

Shifts you are applying for 21.5 hrs per week: Sun 08:00 – 12:00; Mon 06:00 – 10:30; Tue 06:00 – 13:00; Fri 06:00 – 13:00.
