We\’re looking for a Risk & Compliance Manager to join our team on a 10-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Group Head of Risk & Compliance, you will play a key role in embedding a robust risk management framework, ensuring risk management processes are consistently applied across our brands, and fostering a culture of compliance.
We operate a flexible hybrid working model, enabling you to work from our London office on Great Portland Street at least once a week.
As a Risk & Compliance Manager at Next 15, you will:
Embed and continuously improve the organisation’s risk management framework, ensuring consistent application across all brands.
Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and investigate incidents to implement effective remediation plans.
Develop and embed a compliance and policy framework tailored to the organisation’s needs, including delivering compliance-related training.
Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organisational policies, while developing metrics to track progress.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to create risk and compliance materials for presentation to the board, audit committee, and other key groups.
Promote a culture of compliance across the organisation and provide guidance to policy owners and functional leads.
You will bring:
Experience in risk management and compliance, including risk assessment, mitigation, and incident response.
Knowledge of compliance principles, best practices, and frameworks.
Experience in policy development and delivering compliance training.
Experience in engaging and managing senior stakeholders.
Experience in analysing and interpreting risk and compliance data and metrics.
Competency in using risk management software and tools.
