We\’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. Reporting to our SVP & Head of RevTech & Ops, you\’ll provide expert, hands-on support across client martech platforms, especially market automation tools like Marketo and CRMs such as Salesforce.

We operate a flexible hybrid remote work model, enabling you to work remotely in the UK or be based in our London office.

As a Marketing Operations Manager at Agent3, you will:

Be a subject matter expert for marketing automation platforms, especially Marketo

Provide hands-on platform support for campaign builds, nurture programs, and lead management

Support integration and data alignment between MAPs and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce)

Manage and optimise integrations with supporting technologies (e.g., webinar tools, data enrichment platforms, ABM solutions)

Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth campaign execution

Implement and document scalable marketing operations processes

Monitor and optimise lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and database health

Collaborate with client teams to deliver reporting and performance insights

Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

You\’ll bring :

3+ years\’ experience in a marketing operations or martech rolewithinan agency environment

Experience using Marketo and other MAPs (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot)

Working knowledge of Salesforce and its alignment with marketing workflows

Experience supporting technologies such as webinar platforms (e.g., ON24, Zoom), data enrichment tools (e.g., Clearbit, ZoomInfo), and ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase)

Experience in marketing operations fundamentals, including lead lifecycle, attribution, and campaign ops
