About NEXRA

NEXRA is the operating system for modern business infrastructure. The platform brings shipping aggregation, payments, hospitality management, restaurant operations, recruitment technology, and government services into a single ecosystem. We are rapidly scaling across Europe and the UK is a priority growth market for 2026. NEXRA Express is our shipping aggregation platform that gives businesses direct access to below‑market carrier rates across DHL, FedEx, UPS, DPD, Evri, and other major networks, all from one platform. Any business that ships goods saves money from Day 1. No complex implementation. No IT integration. Just a faster, cheaper way to ship.

The Role

This is a founding sales position for NEXRA in the UK. You will own your territory, build your own pipeline, and close new business with a sharp, singular focus on NEXRA Express. NEXRA Express is the easiest, fastest door‑opener in our product portfolio. The pitch is simple, the ROI is instant, and the sales cycle is short. There is no base salary. Earnings are uncapped, the product sells itself on value, and you run your own operation with full autonomy. This role is for someone who has sold in logistics or shipping before, knows the buyer landscape in the UK, and wants to earn serious commission without a ceiling.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business across your UK territory, with NEXRA Express as your primary and only entry product.
  • Run the full sales cycle independently: discovery, pitch, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Target businesses that ship goods — e‑commerce retailers, manufacturers, wholesale distributors, hospitality groups, subscription box companies, and any SME with regular parcel or freight volumes.
  • Build and manage a well‑documented pipeline in NEXRA's CRM, with accurate weekly forecasting.
  • Develop referral networks and relationships across logistics, retail, e‑commerce, and distribution sectors.
  • Report weekly on pipeline activity and deal progress to the UK lead.

The Product You Are Selling

NEXRA Express is a shipping aggregator that connects businesses to the UK's and Europe's major carriers; DHL, FedEx, UPS, DPD, Evri, TNT, and others — through a single platform at negotiated below‑market rates.

Who We Are Looking For

Target Background – Priority Hire

  • Account Manager, Business Development Manager, or Sales Executive at a major carrier: DHL, FedEx, UPS, DPD, Evri (Hermes), TNT, GLS, Parcelforce, Yodel, or similar.
  • Sales roles at shipping software, freight management, or logistics SaaS businesses where you were selling directly to shippers.
  • B2B sales roles where your buyer was a logistics, warehouse, or operations manager at an SME or mid‑market business.

We will also consider strong candidates from:

  • E‑commerce platform or fulfilment technology sales (e.g. Shopify Plus, ShipStation, Linnworks, Despatch Cloud, Veeqo).
  • SaaS or B2B tech sales into retail, wholesale, or distribution sectors — if you have an existing network of UK shippers.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years proven B2B sales experience — logistics, shipping, or an adjacent sector strongly preferred.
  • Track record of self‑generated pipeline and closed deals. You do not rely on inbound leads or heavy SDR support.
  • Existing network of UK businesses that ship goods — a significant advantage explored at interview.
  • Comfortable with and motivated by a commission‑only structure. No base salary.
  • Entrepreneurial, resilient, and commercially sharp.
  • Manage your own time and pipeline without micromanagement.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Based in the UK — fully remote role.

What You Get

  • Uncapped earnings — the harder you work, the more you earn.
  • A product that sells on value, not on relationship alone. NEXRA Express is a provable cost saving.
  • Full autonomy — no micromanagement, no rigid call scripts, no unnecessary admin.
  • Strong onboarding: product training, ICP guide, objection‑handling resources, and a named territory brief.
  • Direct access to NEXRA's UK lead and product team for support on complex deals.
  • The opportunity to be a founding UK presence at a fast‑scaling European platform.
