Reporting to the Senior Process Integration Technical Manager, you will be joining a resourceful team responsible for aligning and optimising the business’s small signal MOSFET design and fabrication processes to deliver higher efficiency solutions for our customers.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing Technologies for 200mm & 300mm platforms.
  • Working with third party vendors/fabs.
  • Executing major process development or integration tasks and building up product and process integration knowledge.
  • Project/Sub-project leadership of process development or integration tasks on complex projects.
  • Supporting qualification of new process and product developments which includes Substrate & Epi process.
  • Able to plan DOE’s, execution and good report presentation with conclusion.
  • Implementing technical process development procedures and standards in projects.
  • Acting as technical mentor for less experienced engineers & module team members.
  • Supporting technical crisis management (Yield issues, excursions in fab etc).
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

What our Principal Process Integration Engineer will need:

  • Master’s Degree in Semiconductor Device Physics or Semiconductor Technology, and/or Microelectronics.
  • Minimum 5 years' work experience in semiconductor fab in Process Integration.
  • Excellent knowledge of Trench MOS at low (30/40/60V) and high voltage (80/100V) platforms.
  • Thorough knowledge of all modules (Mask, Etch, PVD, CVD, Diffusion).
  • Team player with a strong drive to achieve success.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
