Nexperia is seeking a Group Leader to manage a production area within our busy wafer fabrication facility in the UK. This shift-based role runs four nights on and four nights off, 7pm to 7am.
You will lead a team, drive performance against KPIs, and collaborate with engineering and planning to meet Fab priorities. You will need proven team leadership experience, strong planning and communication skills, and the ability to analyse production data to drive improvements.
