The Corporate Communications Project Coordinator is a versatile, international role that touches on all aspects of the communication profession. You will work at the heart of the communications organisation and have a unique opportunity to engage in brand management, corporate communication projects, and events at the headquarters.
As a guardian of the Nexperia brand, you will help ensure that our corporate identity is applied consistently and recognisably, both online and offline. You will manage the brand guidelines, tools, and materials and be a trusted brand expert for colleagues, management, and external agencies. Together, you will ensure a strong, consistent, and high-quality execution of Nexperia’s communications and events.
Additionally, you will support the planning and execution of various corporate communication projects and events. You will contribute ideas, maintain oversight, and assist in reporting and improving our ways of working. This role is particularly suitable for someone who aspires to develop further within global corporate communications.
The Global Communications team is part of the Corporate Affairs department, which also includes Advocacy & Alliances and Digital Marketing. The Corporate Communications Project Coordinator is a new role within the Global Communications team at Nexperia's headquarters in Nijmegen and reports to the Global Head of Communications.
Your Responsibilities
- Responsible for the consistent implementation of branding materials, tools, and services and act as a guardian of the Nexperia brand for both online and offline applications.
- Protect the Nexperia corporate identity; manage brand guidelines and roll out branding tools and materials.
- Coordinate with external suppliers and agencies, focusing on the quality of branding implementation.
- Act as a brand expert and first point of contact for internal stakeholders, other members of the Corporate Affairs team, and senior management.
- Support the planning and execution of corporate communication projects and events, including internal campaigns and announcements, employer branding initiatives, and sponsored events (such as collaborations with N.E.C. and the Nijmegen Four Days Marches).
Your Profile
- Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree (preferably in Communication or similar knowledge gained through work experience).
- At least 3 years of experience in an international B2B environment (preferably within the technology industry).
- Able to translate strategy and objectives into effective and distinctive communication programmes.
- Current knowledge of various communication channels.
- Strong project management, organisational, planning, and creative skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Affinity for working in a high-tech environment.
