At Nexperia, we are expanding our Business Group Marketing team with the addition of a Business Product Manager. In this high‐impact role, you will have great exposure to the wider business as you liaise with multiple departments and senior personnel. With technical experts to call on, this role will suit a commercially focused semiconductor professional looking for a global role. Please note this role will ideally be located in Manchester, but we could also consider Taipei or Munich for the right candidate.

What you will do

  • As one of our Business Product Managers, you will become the expert for your market segment, establishing G2M strategy and promotion collaterals.
  • You will understand the competition and new opportunities, and collaborate closely with Product Marketing Managers, the Application Engineering team, Regional Marketing, GSM, and customer teams to drive business growth with released products.
  • You will develop G2M strategy and execution.
  • You will own pricing strategy and work with Commercial Marketing, Regional Marketing and GSM.
  • You will be involved in negotiation and creating Long Term Agreements (LTAs) & Requests for Quotations (RfQs).
  • You will engage in dealing allocation and escalation.
  • You will analyse competitors and build market information.
  • You will continuously build customer relationships.

What you will need

Essential

  • A degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or other related discipline.
  • An understanding of the power semiconductor sector.
  • A commercial mindset with a good sense of numbers, assumption-based planning and planning flows.

Beneficial

  • Previous experience in product line is highly beneficial.
  • Prior experience in Business Marketing, Product Marketing, Regional Marketing or Business Development within the Semiconductor industry.
  • Direct work experience with power semiconductor industrial and consumer markets.
