As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with project, programme, and business stakeholders to provide actionable insights through data analysis, reporting, and automation. You will become a key contributor to PMO excellence, helping drive project performance, process improvements, and informed decision‑making across the organisation, ultimately supporting the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consolidate and analyse data from multiple sources to produce meaningful management insights
  • Design, build, and automate dashboards that track key performance indicators
  • Monitor project and portfolio health, providing visibility of milestones, deliverables, and progress
  • Identify emerging risks, trends, and bottlenecks, presenting findings to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • Support budgeting, resource planning, and financial reporting through data analysis
  • Establish and monitor project and programme performance indicators
  • Research and analyse business data to generate actionable recommendations
  • Drive automation and data standardisation initiatives across PMO processes

Qualifications

  • Experience in automating reporting and data management processes
  • Proactive problem‑solving mindset with the ability to add value at different project stages
  • Experience within a Project Management, PMO, Project Support, Programme Support, or Project Management Office environment
  • Strong data analysis and data interpretation skills
  • Beneficial: background in the electronics industry
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Query, APIs, Python, or similar analytical tools and technologies
  • Knowledge of monday.com or similar project management platforms
  • Experience supporting portfolio, programme, or project governance activities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Project Management, or a related discipline
