Job Purpose : Deliver high volume recruitment and mobilisation of competent, compliant trades personnel for onshore and offshore projects.
Ensure a positive candidate and stakeholder experience while meeting project, client, and statutory requirements.
This role will be based in either Hull or Sheffield area.
Key Responsibilities : 1.
End-to-End Recruitment Delivery Manage full lifecycle recruitment for site-based trades from requisition to mobilisation.
Deliver high-volume campaigns aligned to project timelines.
Submit shortlisted candidates promptly to hiring managers and clients.
Engage regularly with stakeholders to provide informed recruitment advice. 2.
