We're looking for a Senior Control Systems & SCADA Engineer to lead the design and integration of highly resilient automation and SCADA solutions where reliability is non-negotiable.
What you'll do
- Develop Functional Design Specifications (FDS) and control philosophies for advanced microgrid systems.
- Design and program high-availability PLC and SCADA solutions, including Beckhoff TwinCAT platforms.
- Integrate generators, renewable energy assets, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
- Deliver secure, interoperable control architectures using industrial protocols such as Modbus, IEC 61850, DNP3, and OPC UA.
- Support the full project lifecycle, from concept and design through commissioning and handover.
What we're looking for
- Degree qualified in Electrical, Automation, Control Systems, or Electronic Engineering.
- 7+ years' experience in industrial control systems engineering.
- Strong expertise in PLC, SCADA, microgrid controls, and critical power applications.
- Proven experience with Beckhoff platforms and industrial communications.
- Knowledge of high-availability architectures, OT cybersecurity, and hybrid energy systems.
