This role calls for a creative, commercially minded Marketing & Communications Specialist to shape the positioning and promotion of Nexos Group and its solutions, developing go-to-market strategies and integrated marketing activity that build brand awareness, strengthen customer understanding and support business growth.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will translate commercial priorities, customer challenges and technical propositions into clear, compelling messaging that communicates the value of our solutions, differentiates our offer in the market and helps drive demand, engagement and sales pipeline opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing and communications plans aligned to organisational goals, commercial priorities and market opportunities, with a clear focus on positioning, promotion and go-to-market activity.
- Lead market planning activity that reflects customer needs, sector priorities, buyer personas, competitive positioning and the value of Nexos Group’s solutions.
- Plan and deliver growth-focused marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels that increase awareness, generate enquiries and support sales pipeline development.
- Support an account-based marketing approach by working with business development and client-facing teams to define priority accounts, target audiences, engagement opportunities and tailored value propositions.
- Develop customer-focused messaging that translates technical solutions and commercial propositions into clear, compelling narratives for segmented stakeholder groups.
- Create and manage content plans that provide consistency of message and one voice across channels, campaigns and customer touchpoints.
- Produce high-quality content across all channels and campaigns, including case studies, thought leadership, sales materials, digital content, presentations and stakeholder communications.
- Identify opportunities to position Nexos Group and its leaders as credible, trusted commentators through thought leadership, industry insight, events and targeted campaign activity.
- Plan and coordinate company events, trade shows and exhibitions as part of broader brand, campaign and go-to-market activity to maximise customer engagement and market visibility.
- Track, measure and optimise campaign performance using data and insight to improve effectiveness, demonstrate impact and inform future marketing investment.
- Prioritise marketing budget and resources to ensure activity is commercially focused, aligned to growth priorities and delivering measurable value.
