Job Purpose

Key role supporting the HR Function to ensure all tasks and administrative aspects of HR are delivered accurately and on time. Reporting directly to the HR Business Partner you will be one of the main points of contact for all new and existing employees and responsible for the data quality, acting as superuser for the people data systems, responding to or directing HR related queries and coordinating key HR functions. This role is critical to the successful delivery of the HR team’s deliverables in support of business and employee growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be a subject matter expert for the Company’s new People Data System and custodian of employee data.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of the people data and responsible for conducting data audit schedule and resultant actions
  • Support the HR team on projects and administration when required.
  • Develop a suite of standard reports that meet the needs of the business in terms of management information and reporting.
  • Create Power BI reports
  • Work with the external Product Support Team to resolve system issues
  • Plan all system changes and ensure they are fully tested in the test environment prior to implementation in the live application.
  • Preparing accurate contractual documentation spanning the employee life cycle
  • Drafting and issuing Personal Service Company (PSC) and agency contracts
  • Maintaining and updating employee and PSC records and assisting with payroll administration.
  • Leading an effective onboarding process and engaging with new hires and stakeholders across the business to ensure a valuable experience
  • Managing Health Surveillance Programme
  • Managing Benefit Schemes Renewal
  • Raising POs for HR related services
  • Support HR reporting for the Company and any ad-hoc requests.
  • Drive culture of continuous improvement
  • Line manager responsibility of HR Administrators

Skills & Qualifications

  • Essential:
  • Relevant practical experience and education.
  • Previous experience of system administration and building .
  • Highly developed and demonstrated customer service, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
  • Line management experience

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving ability.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ensure confidentiality, manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Exercise discretion in an environment of constant change are necessary
