Working closely with key stakeholders across the business within various disciplines including construction, commercial, project management and HR. Proactively delivering operational objectives within the Resourcing Hub by providing high quality administrative and coordination support with meticulous attention to detail ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment
- Screening CVs and Certificates, including agency submissions.
- Advertising vacancies through a variety of channels.
- Fully understanding the requirements to drive the attraction, recruitment and retention of key resources and proactively proposing and delivering solutions to operational challenges.
- Working with the Leads, Business Partners and division to understand and deliver the resourcing strategy specific to project and divisional requirements.
- Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment and mobilisation lifecycle.
- Continuously and consistently building candidate pipelines by leveraging proactive sourcing and recruiting methods.
- Active participation in resourcing meetings with stakeholders to ensure recruitment requirements are captured and delivered efficiently.
- Set up new hire profiles on company systems.
- Recording and delivering against agreed hiring metrics to measure effectiveness.
- Attend career fairs and industry events to promote the company brand, engage with potential candidates, and build talent pipelines.
- Liaising with offshore personnel confirming check-in details, booking hotels, arranging PPE and any other travel arrangements.
- Liaising with client aviation ensuring seat bookings are accurate, notification of changes and processing of check in information.
- Timely maintenance of recruitment and logistics systems to provide accurate reporting of current mobilised POB and planned requirements.
- Managing stock PPE levels for distribution.
- Raising of hotel and travel provider POs, checking and processing of related invoices for finance within agreed KPIs.
- Face fitting and eye fitting of offshore personnel ensuring accurate certification in place.
- Liaising with HR Partners and resourcing hub, ensuring full alignment through onboarding process and continuing during assignments.
- Coordinating pre briefs for campaigns/TARs.
- Assigning training courses as per company and client training matrix.
- Proactively interfacing with construction and operational teams to ensure full awareness of all movements of offshore personnel.
- Participating with on-call out of hours rota.
