nexos have a requirement for an experienced Quality Advisor to join the team in Aberdeen on a permanent basis.
As Quality Advisor you will be responsible for implementing compliance and continual improvement activities.
Your regular duties will include:
- Ensuring management systems and procedures are defined and effectively implemented across the business unit.
- In conjunction with quality and senior management, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the companyโs Business Management System through planned audit and review activities.
- Undertaking key supplier audits.
- In conjunction with function heads, identify and implement fit for purpose processes and procedures.
- Providing specific input into tenders and proposals as required.
- Monitoring performance of departments and, where appropriate, seeking feedback from customers to ensure ongoing organisational learning.
- Regular liaison with customer focal points and attendance at key meetings.
- Contributing to periodic risk reviews and developing strategies that mitigate exposure to both internal and external risks.
To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate:
- Experience in a similar role.
- Good working knowledge of industry codes and standards.
- ISO 9001:2015 Auditor Qualification by recognised industry body.
- Experience in Root Cause Analysis investigation.
