Develop detailed workpacks for piping and structural activities based on engineering drawings, specifications, and site surveys. Define scope of work including job steps, materials, tools, welding procedures, NDT requirements, scaffolding, and manpower needs. Ensure that workpacks are aligned with project planning, construction schedule, and execution strategy.
Liaise with engineering, planning, procurement, QA/QC, HSE, and construction teams to ensure workpacks are accurate and comprehensive. Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry codes, and safety standards. Support construction and commissioning teams during execution phase by resolving technical queries related to workpacks.
Coordinate with site supervisors to ensure that workpacks are delivered and understood by the field crew. Manage redline mark-ups and as-built updates during and after execution. Participate in constructability reviews and provide input to improve construction efficiency and safety. Track progress and report workpack status throughout the project lifecycle.
