We are seeking to appoint an experienced Lead Planner to lead and develop the planning capability across the Nexos business. This newly created role combines hands-on planning delivery with the opportunity to shape and implement best practice, strengthen planning systems and processes, and take responsibility for the leadership, management and development of the planning team.
We are looking for:
- Extensive planning experience gained from within the energy sector including Offshore and Renewable Energy Developers, Offshore Operators and EPC contractors
- Advanced knowledge and experience of Primavera P6
- Strong analytical, leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to project delivery
- Experience of leading and developing planning teams
- Experience in a Project Planning role
- Experience of “cradle to grave” project lifecycles
- Strong working knowledge of project controls theory and practices
- Experience writing and communicating procedures and work instructions
