Primary Duties

Accountable for the delivery of asset portfolio to budget and schedule through all phases of scope lifecycle.

Leads, directs and guides an asset team comprised: project engineers

(projects, MCDRs – construction & FM), construction engineer, planner, and cost controller.

Establish scopes of work, estimates, budgets, schedules and histograms for all Technical Services scopes on a given asset for approval by the Delivery

Manager and client.

Accountable to ensure that only approved scope is worked upon.

Liaise with other functions, as required, to deliver asset portfolio.

Attend estimate review board meetings for assigned work.

Coordinates the work of the asset team.

Coach and mentor asset team in support of the contract’s delivery expectations.

Supports the Delivery Manager in establishing the most appropriate development and execution strategies for the work.

Attend portfolio, 90 day planning meetings for work entry into asset workstream.

Supports the Delivery Manager in the preparation of resource lookaheads for issue to Engineering and Construction for resourcing purposes.

Lead thorough asset investigations incorporating root cause analysis with all findings made visible.

Shall support a continuous improvement culture and seek opportunities to improve the Torus position in the market place.

Shall maintain constant dialogue with other asset focal points including

Delivery Manager, Engineering Manager and Business Services Manager, in order to preserve continuity and momentum of progress and overall portfolio management.

Shall attend regular Safety, Health and Environmental awareness training provided by the company which will help meet the relevant requirements.

Assist with performance appraisals and salary reviews for delivery staff assigned to the contract.
