A key role in ensuring delivery of an exceptional level of service to clients by producing industry leading manufacturing solutions during the production of a range of modularised systems. Accountable for executing defined duties in an optimally safe and efficient manner, in accordance with relevant in-house, industry and client specifications, codes, standards and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing a good working relationship with supervisors and colleagues to ensure the efficient performance of assigned tasks.
- Performing assigned tasks in line with relevant company procedures and specifications.
- Ensuring that welding and repairs are performed in a safe and skilled manner using correct procedures and consumables.
- Adopting the safe use of machinery and overhead cranes, if trained and authorised, as necessary.
- Ensuring the selection, inspection and use of appropriate equipment, plant and tools.
- Maintaining good housekeeping in the work area and reporting any hazards.
- First line inspection of accurate good quality work.
- Application of all environmental, quality, and safety procedures relevant in the performance of assigned tasks and reporting any non-conformities.
- Assisting in risk assessments, safety inspections and incident and accident investigations, as required.
- Use any machinery, equipment, dangerous substances, transport equipment, means of production or safety devices provided in accordance with training and instructions received.
- Ensuring work productivity is carried out in a cost-conscious manner.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Essential: Relevant Trade Qualification. SVQ/NVQ or Equivalent (Joinery/Architectural Outfitting). Demonstrable experience in similar Role. Fluent in English. Ability to understand Construction Drawings.
- Desirable: Clean UK Driving Licence. Relevant Offshore Certification (BOSIET, MIST, Medical, etc.).

Work Environment/Conditions:
