Job Purpose:
Temporary position for 1 year to support the implementation of a new People Information System into the business. Responsible for assisting with the build and implementation of the People Information System and roll out of this system to the business. Previous experience with this type of project required, and ideally deployment experience but this isn’t essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work towards being a subject matter expert for the Company’s new People System and custodian of employee data.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of the HR data.
- Support the wider HR team on other projects and administration when required.
- Develop a suite of standard reports that meet the needs of the business in terms of management information and reporting.
- Work with the external Product Support Team to resolve system issues
- Plan all system changes and ensure they are fully tested in the test environment prior to implementation in the live application.
- Work with key stakeholders including Functional Leaders, Department Managers and the I.T. Team on the configuration and development of the company’s People Information System ensuring delivery and key milestones are met.
- Responsible for system maintenance and provide audit support as required.
- Once implemented train system users – You will provide both 1-2-1 support and help develop and maintain training materials and user guides up to date.
- Once implemented work with users to troubleshoot issues and provide first-line support for systems queries.
- Support HR reporting for the Company and any ad-hoc requests.

Work Environment/Conditions:
- Office: Corporate headquarters, Albyn Place. May be required to attend other Aberdeen facilities to support business operations.
