1485 – Senior Construction Consultant

• Supporting the E&I construction output on NSF project, duties include liaising with the client and conducting meetings to understand the requirements and working with them to provide safe and efficient solutions.
• Review constructability of project plans and individual E&I work packs.
• Identify where efficiencies can be made in the project execution.
• Interface between nexos construction team and client construction management.
• Manage and challenge client expectations in the planning and execution of E&I project SOW.
• Review E&I construction work packs, remedials, small scopes & CCHP’s as defined in the client scope of work and to meet requirements. Fully responsible for the quality of information in work packs.
• Liaise with construction team, to collate E&I work packs suitable for executing the detailed work scope.
• Ensuring adequate information is available to construction team to undertake planned project E&I construction tasks.
• Reviewing trade mix requirements and durations to assist with long term planning at site – to determine most cost effective and optimal trade mix.
• Support for E&I Construction Lead and NSF Construction Manager as required.
• Role has no direct reports.
• Role must share findings and learning with the NSF E&I Construction Lead and Nexos NSF construction Manager.
