Nexos, the only fully integrated and most digitally advanced Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) provider in the UK, are looking to engage services with a Site Construction Manager for a 6 month contract duration. Services will be provided on site in West Yorkshire.

As Site Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing site construction projects. Duties include liaising with the client and conducting meetings to understand the requirements and working with them to provide safe and efficient solutions. Within the construction function, you will develop project capabilities and differentiate Nexos from its competitors as a leading EPC contractor. You will challenge the norm and how things are done to deliver better results for all stakeholders.

Whilst ensuring a robust onboarding process is deployed for all project/contract personnel, you will ensure adequate information is available to the construction site team to undertake planned project construction works. Working with the construction office to ensure trade mix requirements are identified in line with the project plan, ensuring the delivery of Construction Execution is in line with the Project Plan.

In addition, you will ensure construction procedures and processes are followed at site, identifying where improvements can be made and actioning them immediately.

  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certified.
  • Demonstrable experience working under CDM regulations.
  • Proven experience managing subcontractors on complex construction or industrial sites.
