The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

To support and manage supply chain project activities and ensuring critical path materials and services are delivered in line with project milestones. Accountable for providing specialist supply chain support to our project teams and driving value through proposed supply chain initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage supply chain deliverables to meet project schedule and cost targets.
  • Identify and manage procurement risks, escalating commercial issues as needed.
  • Conduct commercial and contractual negotiations with key suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Maintain strong, collaborative relations with engineering, project controls and construction to ensure procurement alignment.
  • Support procurement planning and strategy execution for long lead and critical packages.
  • Manage and maintain project procurement status tracker, including expediting and contribute to regular reporting for internal and client updates.
  • Manage supplier performance and resolve any issues impacting delivery or quality.
  • Ensure full compliance with project, client and company procurement procedures.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in end to end procurement within project or construction environment, particularly fabrication, engineered packages, spares and bulk items.
  • Strong background in supplier negotiation and commercial evaluation.
  • Proficient in managing purchase orders and procurement workflows within ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex procurement packages.
  • Experience coordinating with multi-discipline project teams.
  • Knowledge of procurement compliance, risk management and supplier performance monitoring.
