Senior Control Systems & SCADA Engineer to lead the design and integration of advanced microgrid, power management, and automation solutions that combine generators, renewables, and battery energy storage systems into seamless, high-availability platforms.

The Role
As a Senior Control Systems & SCADA Engineer, you'll be responsible for developing control philosophies, Functional Design Specifications (FDS), PLC software, and SCADA systems for mission-critical environments where downtime is simply not an option.
You’ll lead the integration of power generation, battery storage, renewable technologies, and control systems while ensuring reliability, cybersecurity, and operational excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
- Degree qualified in Electrical, Control Systems, Automation, or Electronic Engineering.
- 7+ years' experience in control systems and automation engineering.
- Strong experience with PLCs, SCADA systems, and industrial communications.
- Expertise in power systems, battery storage, renewable integration, and microgrids.
- Experience with Beckhoff Twin CAT, Siemens, Rockwell, AVEVA, Ignition, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of high-availability systems, redundancy, and cybersecurity principles.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
