The Role
As Facilities Advisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our workplaces operate safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Acting as a key contact for employees, visitors, contractors, and suppliers, you'll help deliver a positive workplace experience while supporting compliance, safety, and operational excellence.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating the day-to-day management of Nexos facilities and workplace services
- Building strong relationships with employees, contractors, landlords, and suppliers
- Managing maintenance activities and workplace improvements
- Supporting health, safety, and compliance across company locations
- Coordinating office moves, workspace set-ups, and onboarding requirements
- Managing suppliers, purchase orders, and facilities budgets
- Driving continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives
- Helping create a workplace that reflects Nexos' high standards and values
About You
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys working with people.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience in Facilities Management, Workplace Services, Office Management, or a similar role
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Experience managing contractors and external suppliers
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Good Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience within engineering, energy, construction, or industrial sectors would be advantageous, as would an IOSH or Facilities Management qualification.
