We are searching for experienced Support Workers to cover flexible agency shifts for a wonderful supported living service in Yeovil, Somerset.

About the role

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred support and care to individuals each day.
  • Encourage and assist people to try new activities that help build confidence, promote independence, and enable them to achieve their full potential.
  • Provide respectful and dignified support with all aspects of personal care.
  • Maintain clear, accurate records of daily activities and support provided.
  • Take part in regular supervision and team meetings to support your professional growth and ensure consistent, high-quality care.
  • Administer medication safely and accurately, in line with your training and each person's support plan

What you'll bring

  • At least 3 months of paid support work experience in the last 2 years
  • Mandatory training completed (or willing to complete with us)
  • Up-to-date DBS
  • Right to work in the UK
  • A compassionate, person-centred and proactive approach, with a genuine commitment to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of vulnerable people.

Shift details

  • £14.24 - £22.41 per hour (including holiday pay)
  • Pay rate depends on shift type - not experience
  • Weekday/weekend, days/nights, and bank holiday shifts available
