We are searching for reliable Support Workers to cover flexible agency shifts for a wonderful client in Pembroke Dock, Pembrokeshire. At Nexo People, we offer regular ad-hoc shifts with excellent pay, perks, and support. About the role:
- Deliver high-quality one-to-one care to vulnerable individuals each day.
- Encourage and assist people to try new activities that help build confidence, promote independence, and enable them to achieve their full potential.
- Provide respectful and dignified support with all aspects of personal care.
- Maintain clear, accurate records of daily activities and support provided.
- Take part in regular supervision and team meetings to support your professional growth and ensure consistent, high-quality care.
What you'll bring:
- Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
- At least 3 months of paid support work experience in the last 2 years.
- Active registration with Social Care Wales.
- Mandatory training completed (or willing to complete with us).
- Up-to-date DBS.
- Right to work in the UK.

Shift details:
- £14.24 - £22.41 per hour (includes holiday pay).
